SFMA’s Employee-of-the-Year awards shine a spotlight on brilliance in manufacturing, acknowledging top-tier talent in South Florida’s challenging job market. Celebrate nominees who go above and beyond in six categories, recognizing extraordinary contributions in Administrative (e.g., Finance, Human Resources, etc..), Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, Information Technology, Production, Production Support, Sales & Marketing, and Supervisory roles. This isn’t just a ceremony; it’s a grand acknowledgment of excellence that transcends ordinary recognition. We have even carved out a special category for our non-manufacturing members.
