SFMA’s Employee of the Year awards shine a spotlight on brilliance in manufacturing, acknowledging top-tier talent in South Florida’s challenging job market. Celebrate nominees who go above and beyond in eight distinct categories, recognizing extraordinary contributions in Administrative (e.g., Finance, Human Resources, etc..), Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, Information Technology, Production, Production Support, Sales & Marketing, and Supervisory roles.
