Powerhouse Manufacturing Sectors Leaders Honored at SFMA’s Recognition of Excellence Ceremony: The South Florida Manufacturing Association’s (SFMA’s) Recognition of Excellence Ceremony Illuminated South Florida
SOUTH FLORIDA, June 24, 2024 – The South Florida Manufacturers Association (SFMA) hosted its 45th Recognition of Excellence Ceremony on June 20, 2024. This was an extraordinary evening left attendees mesmerized as the audience witnessed the best and brightest of the industry in South Florida.
Presented by Randstad, , the centerpiece of the evening was the prestigious 2024 Manufacturer-of-the-Year and Employee of the Year awards, recognizing excellence in manufacturing operations and talent development. There are 25 finalists for Manufacturer of the Year and 109 nominees for Employee of the Year from Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach counties, and the Treasure Coast.
2024 Manufacturer of the Year Awards:
For our manufacturer of the year award process, the finalists undergo a rigorous judging process based on criteria from the Malcolm Baldrige Performance Excellence Award, focusing on Leadership, Strategy, Customer & Market Focus, Measurement, Analysis & Knowledge Management, Workforce, and Operations. The SFMA is pleased to announce the 2024 winners and runners-up for Manufacturer of the Year:
