Claim Your Future Showcase is an annual partnership between the Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance and Broward County Public Schools that connects local employers with 11th-grade students exploring career opportunities across Broward County. Alliance members and partners are invited to participate on Wednesday, February 25, 2026.
There are two ways to take part:
• Career Showcase Area – Meet and engage with future talent while introducing students to career pathways within your company or industry.
• Mock Interviews – Volunteer individually to help students strengthen communication skills, build confidence, and practice presenting themselves in professional settings. This includes offering resume feedback and sharing insights from your own experience.
Your participation helps strengthen Broward’s talent pipeline and reinforces why our community is a place where businesses and people grow together.
