VOLUNTEER NOMINATIONS
The SFMA is looking to recognize the many volunteers and supporters who dedicate their time to help drive forward our mission. Keeping with the theme of “recognition,” the SFMA is launching the “2022 Volunteer of the Year” Award. The runner-up and winner of this award will be unveiled during the Annual Meeting dinner program held on October 26th, 2022, at the Signature Grand in Davie.
Eligibility:
Nominees should be evaluated during July 1st 2021 – June 30th 2022. Please only nominate volunteers based on their work in this period.
Nominees must be an employee of member company in good standing with the SFMA. If the nominee is not an employee of a member company, then they must meet Eligibility #2.
Nominees must be considered a “volunteer” for the SFMA.
A “volunteer” is non-paid and considered someone that serves on an active SFMA committee or event committee. A “volunteer” is also an examiner for the Manufacturer of the Year award, event volunteer, a webinar presenter, or a board of director who serves on a committee, manages a program, or gives back in addition to their board member duties.
Evaluation Period: SFMA Fiscal Year: July 1st, 2021 – June 30th, 2022.
Who is Eligible to Make a Nomination? Anyone is eligible to make a nomination and self-nominations are accepted.
