2010 SFMA Recognition of Excellence Banquet

The SFMA Recognition of Excellence Banquet is the most elegant and exhilarating event of the year for the Association.  It gives the Manufacturing Industry an opportunity to recognize and highlight the Manufacturers of the Year and manufacturing leaders an opportunity to recognize their excellent performers.  At a time like this, when the news is bleak and we are asking employees to do more with less - peer recognition means more than ever. The Banquet is SFMA's chance to recognize those who do it best.

EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION:  Excellent employees lead to excellent companies! There are five different categories for you to recognize your high performing employees. This is your chance to let your employees know how much they are valued. Each employee you nominate will attend the banquet and be called on stage to receive a "Recognition of Excellence" Plaque. Each employee will also be considered for Employee of the Year within the category for which they are nominated.

MANUFACTURER of the YEAR:  2009 was a transitional year for manufacturing.  Many manufacturers in South Florida have persevered and shown inherent strength and sustainability, despite an uncertain economy.  We feel there are many companies deserving of the Manufacturer of the Year Award. We have an award in each of the three categories based on the number of company employees. For the past 11 years, involvement and participation for the Manufacturer of the Year Award process has grown. This is an opportunity to nominate your company or a company you do business with for South Florida 2009 Manufacturer of the Year.
